What do I need to bring to my first visit?

Does Dr Rind accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider. We do not bill insurance and Dr Rind has opted out of Medicare. We do not accept payment from insurance companies, but we provide the necessary notes and billing form for you to submit to your insurance. We provide a courtesy 20% discount to Medicare patients. Payment is expected at time of service.

Should I allow extra time to arrive before my first appointment?

Yes, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete consent forms

What is the process for getting refills on prescriptions?

Please call your pharmacy first and ask them to fax us a refill request. Our fax number is 301-977-5630. Doing this assures the correct medication, dosage and frequency captured.

What is the cancellation policy?

We ask that you provide a 48-hour advance notice to cancel, or change, an appointment.
